OVERSEAS SHIPPING

We ship internationally at a flat rate of SGD 30.

Charly reserves the right to cancel any order or item that does not qualify for flat rate overseas shipping. If you have any questions about the shipping eligibility of any product, do drop us an email at info@shopcharly.com.

PRODUCT PICK-UP

Opt for Product Pick-Up option and collect your order by 2-3 days of order confirmation. Pick-up is at 59 New Bridge Road, Singapore 059405 from Mon-Fri between 9am - 6pm.

PROCESSING & DELIVERY

All orders will be processed within 48 hours.

For local orders, you will receive your items between 2-3 days. For next day delivery in Singapore, do drop us an email at info@shopcharly.com.

For overseas orders, you will receive a notification on your expected date to receive your order. If you would like an estimation, do drop us an email at info@shopcharly.com.

RETURN OR EXCHANGE

Charly reserves the right to only accept any returns or exchanges for products that fall under the following situations:

a) Faulty or defective products

b) Wrong item sent in your order

Please send across your order number, along with images of proof for faulty or defective items, to info@shopcharly.com within 7 working days of placing your order. Your return or exchange will be processed with a week and you will receive your refund within 30 days.

Other terms to abide by:

  • Item must be in their original purchase condition, including the original product packaging, manufacturer's containers, documentation, warranty cards, manuals, and all accessories. All packaging must be unmarked and not defaced in any manner.
  • Any item that you received with tags attached must be returned with those tags intact.
  • Items purchased as part of a set or multi-item pack has to be returned as a whole set.
  • Returned items should also match the written or photographic documentation of the item's condition provided when requesting the return. Returns that do not meet these requirements will not be accepted.
